Refund Policy

At Heal. Pain & Stress Relief Center, we prioritize clarity regarding our refund policy. We do not issue refunds for any services provided or gift certificates purchased. Remember, no call no shows for services will result in the forfeiture of all payments made and payment for No Call No Show Fee will need to be paid before your next visit is booked.

Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens. If you have to cancel a session we ask that you please do it 4+ hours in advance. Otherwise we do have a $25 fee for cancellations. All of our therapists work by appointment only and when you cancel on us at the last minute we are unable to fill those places and our income is impacted. When we have notice of cancellation we are usually able to get that spot filled. This means our therapists don't lose any income and someone else is able to get the care they need!
